The undisputed queen of deep cleaning services

Flavia Sukert has been a successful business owner since August 2021.
She has learned her initial deep cleaning skills from her mother and her cleaning helpers.

Flavia had never worked for big cleaning companies in America before starting her business, and that was actually a good thing, because then she took advice from each worker that had helped her clean in the beginning of her cleaning career and then she put all of their advises together and that´s how she was able to develop the best deep cleaning method.

Flavia not only developed the best cleaning method in the area, but she also studied how to grow her business fast and real, without BS.

A MODEST BEGINNING AND OVERCOMING STRUGGLES

I was born and raised in the country of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
At the age of 20, my mother was pregnant with me and I was her second child to be born.
She struggled to raise us at every step of the way.

My mother was without direction after losing my father which led her to many mistakes while raising us only because she thought she could trust people, the wrong people.
My mother worked a lot, from street sweeper/town keeper to working on the streets late evenings.

My mother didn’t receive much support from either of our sides of the family for some time.

I remember that sometimes, we didn’t have enough to eat at the table and would go to bed hungry.

In the middle of it all, though, my mother found a way to make me a surprise birthday party, that was the best day of my childhood.

I, however, always wanted to be better in life, and looking at the situation that my mother went through, I promised to myself that I would have a different life and that I wanted to always work on being better, no matter what situation I would find myself in.

With the help of friends, neighbors and self help books, I started changing my life and my path focusing on studying in anything that I could engage in.

From 2008 to 2010 I completed a few Technicians courses. During that time, my sister motivated and enrolled me in a USA program called Au Pair in which I would be able to live with an American family, study English and earn some money too.

After having my Visitor Visa disapproved the first time because I wasn't able to speak fluent English, I passed the second USA Visa interview after I trained and studied persistently until I knew exactly how to answer any possible question at the USA Embassy Interview.
I nailed all the questions and came to America without knowing any English…

It was a challenge at first, but I was determined to make it work since I was with a family that welcomed me and made me feel very loved and very safe.

I felt isolated at first, but with a lot of dedication I mastered the English language and I even became a translator later on and even had the opportunity to translate for Johnny Eduardo, an UFC Fighter, at the UFC Fight Night Event in Utica, NY in 2018.

Once I was done with my Au Pair program, I was able to become a US resident and it was a good thing for me but I wanted more.

I wanted to blend with the American culture and people so I started volunteering for the Firehouse near my house at that time (Clifton Park, NY).

There I learned so much! I completed many firefighting training and received many certifications including becoming an Emergency Medical Technician.

But most of all, I learned how to go beyond what I had ever thought I would and that the only thing that was stopping me from going anywhere in life, was my own mind, my mindset.

While I was working as an EMT for an ambulance corps, I started to attend University for Psychology Major.

I also always made sure I saved some time to travel during school breaks because I wanted to experience more in life. Two years in college and I took a break and I went on a trip to Cancun where I met a true Italian gentleman who treated me like no one else ever did and who I am now married with and have 2 kids with.

I never finished college, not because of my family, but because I realized that college doesn’t guarantee success, that college is not for everyone and it wasn’t for me. I felt that there was something better waiting for me, I just knew it!

My true Italian husband moved to the USA and that’s when I realized that I had little time to transform from a normal income to a better income, the income that I deserve, I just didn’t know where to start from.

With my friends' motivations, I started to clean some houses here and there and I started learning different cleaning techniques with each helper who would come and help me. So I put everything that I learned together with the techniques that I had learned with my mother and I was able to come up with the best, unique and real way of cleaning.

Little did I know that this kind of cleaning is in high demand because most cleaning businesses simply don't know how to clean, thus making my type of cleaning highly requested and wanted.

These days, I live in Clifton Park, NY with my husband and our kids during most of the year and during the winter we spend a few months in Brazil and some in Italy.

I have learned to forgive my family for their mistakes and to live in peace with it, after all we all make mistakes too. I also learned to be thankful. Thankful to have remained together with my family, to have had experiences that made me a very strong, courageous and determined person.
My mother was a very brave woman and did the best she could in her best judgment and kept us together despite her difficulties.
At the age of 35, I am the main income provider of my household.
I also support my family in Brazil and I try to be the best mother and wife that I can for my family.
I have adopted the habit of reading and studying about childhood, business and life challenges.

I believe I am always discovering myself and my story and that’s the reason I attend and support an anonymous family support group for people who have been in the same situation that I had been and this has been the best way for me to live my better self and to accept the things that I cannot change.

I can never forget where I came from and who I used to be.
A very insecure, ashamed and unsuccessful person. I had all the chances to become a failure or a mentally ill person from my many childhood traumas. My wish was to be different from what people used to say that I would probably turn into, to beat the odds, to be resilient.

And here I am to prove that anything is possible and that the only person stopping you to find yourself and to achieve what you want in life, is only your mind, yourself.

"Hopefully my story will become an example that you can use your abilities and your determination to go anywhere you want to. Life has no limits!
At times it takes sheer will to overcome the differences"
